PPREIF adopts the ELP (Exempted Limited Partnership) structure. ReLiquidity will manage the ELP as General Partner and applies for compliance registration with CIMA in Cayman. Besides, ReLiquidity also applies to the U.S. SEC for filing approval, and follow the STO regulation published by US SEC.
ReLiquidity will publish PPREIF's financial statements on the company's website on a quarterly basis.
